Business Development Manager

£35,000 - £40,000 + commission, pro-rata, depending on experience 

toinfinity is currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join their digital marketing agency.  This is an amazing brand new opportunity that will offer the successful candidate plenty of scope to manage all new business development opportunities within the company.

To be considered for this role you will need to have experience working within a marketing company, preferably in a similar role. You will need to have confidence in business networking and great interpersonal skills. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Project Manager 

£30,000 - £35,000 pro-rata, depending on experience 

toinfinity is currently looking for a Project Manager to join their digital marketing agency.

To be considered for this role you will have worked within a similar role previously and used to working on multiple projects at any one time. You will thrive when working within a busy digital environment, communicating with internal departments, suppliers and clients. You will have a background within digital marketing and project management and be happy to help the team out during busy times. You will have the ability to manage a team of people, setting KPI’s and processes as well as streamlining and implementing new project management/workflow/studio processes to enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General trafficking of all jobs, delivering a professional service to internal clients
  • Ensure appropriate documents are circulated before and after meetings, such as agendas, minutes and contact reports
  • Maintain project plans for the Account Management and deployment teams, as require
  • Responsibility for deadlines being met by the deployment team
  • Working closely with the account management team to ensure all stages of a job run smoothly
  • Proof reading
  • Liaising between both external and internal creative resources and the in-house deployment and account management teams
  • Looking at ways to improve internal processes.
  • Support the Account Managers in analysing the results of campaigns at a qualitative and quantitative level.
  • Working with SMT and the board to drive efficiency and the analysis of time to help forecast for the future
  • Working from an internal brief, briefing the team on the information that is needed and associated deadlines, then quality controlling this work prior to it being passed on to the account management team.
  • Work with the Director of Client Services to understand the time allocated to projects, team performance against time constraints and understand where improvements can be made.
  • Work with the Director of Client Services to track spend and hours on all campaigns, to ensure they are being delivered on budget as well as on time

 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • At least 2 years’ experience within an agency environment is desirable but not essential
  • A desire to learn about, and move into, project management.
  • The ability to work independently, with excellent attention to detail.
  • The confidence to make decisions in order to progress projects
  • Good commercial knowledge
  • Top notch prioritisation skills - you will be required to manage your own time across different projects, and to work efficiently to achieve the tasks set each day

Account Director

Salary: dependent on experience 

THE ROLE


Client Management


Client Management – the primary focus of this role is to oversee all of the client relationships, developing outstanding relationships conveying the value that toinfinity brings to the brand. Developing exceptional relations with clients so they perceive toinfinity as an extension of their marketing team is key.   
Account Management - on some clients this may simply mean having visibility of the account and how it is performing, on some clients this may involve being the day to day point of contact on the account and fulfilling the responsibilities of a Senior Online Consultant.
Retainers/Upsells and Rate Rises – as Account Director, it is your responsibility to own the process of revising retainers, upselling new services into clients and implementing yearly rate increases.   
Data Focused – in addition to the day to day management of client accounts, the Agency Director role requires you to be data focused.  When on boarding a new client, each will be given specific targets that need to be achieved by channel each month.  It is your responsibility to oversee and interrogate that data that is produced by the Consultants and challenge strategy in order to ensure targets are being met.    
Proactive - for any reason should we be unable to deliver against these targets you and your supporting team need to take a proactive approach in order to make clients aware of concerns and present a detailed plan of action of what steps need to be taken in order to put the client back on track.   
Strategist – the role requires the candidate to take a strategic and challenging approach when reviewing both client performance and toinfinity’s performance in managing the accounts. The candidate will be responsible for challenging the norm, understand results and review how and where improvements can be made to improve performance and profitability for both the client and toinfinity.

Systems and Operations   

Process Driven – the business has high standards of service and it is our aim to provide all clients with the same level and quality experience when dealing with the team. It is the responsibility of the Account Director to seek out opportunities for how the team and business performance can be enhanced through the introduction of processes and procedures.   
Business Efficiency – through the implementation of processes and procedures understand the balance between rate card and actual hours.  Understand the impact that this has on the business and consider how any “Added Value” is displayed to clients in order to highlight the true value of the relationship.  

Finance

Margin Analysis – as part of this role you will have visibility of the company profit margin and will have an understanding of how business & client operations have an impact on the company’s profitability.  Working in conjunction with the Managing Director it will be your responsibility to work to maintain/improve business margin through implementation of procedures, upsells to clients and revision of client hourly rates.   

Human Resources   

Senior Team Management– it is the responsibility of the Agency Director to participate and lead Senior Management Team meetings providing input and recommendations on strategy, business processes and addressing any concerns present within the business.    
Recruitment & Management – as Agency Director you will be responsible for the day to day management of the consultancy team, this will include all aspects of team management from recruitment to day to day management, personal development planning and if needed performance management.   
Resource Planning – working in conjunction with the Heads of Departments and Data Analyst you will be responsible for resource planning, ensuring the business had sufficient levels of staffing at all times and the business is aware of any potential pinch points that may occur throughout the year.

Account Manager

Salary: dependent on experience 

 THE ROLE 

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of projects against agreed timelines, this can often mean working on multiple projects simultaneous, therefore while working under pressure, you must also have the ability to accurately record the time spent working on each project.
  • Take ownership of forecasting weekly, monthly and yearly performance, analysing the budget required and monitoring forecasts against actual results.
  • Set up, develop and maintain client 5 Ways and 90 Day Communication plans, ensuring agreed actions have been achieved. Account Manager Job Specification
  • To continually monitor client results against key KPI’s, analyse performance and make recommendations on how each online channel can be improved in order to maximise the return on investment ensuring monthly targets are achieved. Challenge the internal team in order to ensure the best results are being delivered at all times.
  • Create month end reports by channel per client which analyses month on month and year on year data, providing insight into the success factors, areas for improvement and action points moving forward.
  • You will be able to analyse clients website and apply user experience knowledge to recommend where improvements can be made in order to improve the efficiency of the website.
  • Desirable:  Experience with conversion rate optimisation practices, understanding how the onsite conversion rate can be influenced in order to improve performance.
  • Desirable: experience in hands on management of one of the following areas, affiliates, ppc, SEO, email design and build or social media.
  • Challenge the current marketing mix by seeking new up sell opportunities for new and existing clients.  Identify and up sell additional services that will provide added value
  • Keep up to date with latest industry developments; ensuring the knowledge is shared within the team and with clients.
