At approximately 8am this morning (UK time) the CMS system that we provide to a number of our customers encountered a server configuration issue causing website performance to be sporadic at best and in some cases leaving the sites inaccessible.
This condition lasted for approximately 3.5 hours until our team was able to resolve the issue at approximately 11:30am and restore the system to full functionality.We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by this downtime.
We are currently undergoing a thorough review of this incident, to improve our systems and to better keep you informed.
The best part of this all is that our external hosting team were right on it to resolve the issue and our faith in the team is not in the least bit dented. Having support in the way that we do means that we can give our customers the best web experience possible with minimum disruption.
