Founded in 1991, The Active Toy Company is a family run business that originally started out as a stockist of TP Garden. Over the years, The Active Toy Company increased their range of outdoor toys to include their own Langley Timber range of garden play equipment and Little Tikes. The

website was launched in December 2005, offering the full range of products to UK customers.

The Active Toy Company approached toinfinity in January 2010 to review their website and make recommendations for improvement and to review their current Google Adwords campaign.

Our Solution

We reviewed The Active Toy Company’s website in terms of design, usability, content, the buying process and opportunities. The recommendations are under review and an action plan will be put into place.

We reviewed The Active Toy Company’s adwords campaign, identifying which areas worked, what had and had not been tested and set up a brand new campaign.

The Results

In the first month of the campaign, we have introduced improved conversion tracking on the analytics, increased clickthrough rate on adverts by 226%, increased conversion rate by 34%, reduced cost per conversion by 34% and increased overall conversions by 39%. We continue to work on the campaign to reduce costs and increase sales.
